British Prime Minister Keir Starmer this morning announcing that ceasefire plan as European leaders, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy along with Prime Minister
Justin Trudeau, meet in London.
Israel is blocking all humanitarian aid from entering Gaza. The move comes after the first phase of its ceasefire with Hamas ended yesterday. And it's meant to
put pressure on the militant group to accept a new US proposal. It would see the first phase extended through the holy month of Ramadan and Passover. In the
meantime, negotiations would continue on the second phase of the ceasefire.
