  • Erebor was the home of the dwarves until the Smaug the dragon took it from them. It is in the Lonely Mountain.

This activity is designed to improve sentence accuracy and complexity. Most students can produce the key content words in a sentence. However, they have difficulty with accuracy because the functional words are difficult or can seem unimportant. It will also help students develop their use of more natural, varied and complex sentence structures.
